We offer mortgage advice, equity release, and insurance advice to individuals and businesses nationwide, fully remotely, over the telephone, by video call and email. We offer a free initial consultation to assess your individual circumstances and answer any questions you have.
Experienced Advisers…
With over 20 years of experience in financial services you can relax in the knowledge that you are in safe hands. We will fully assess your circumstances and provide you with an advice & recommendation service. We believe in educating people to make informed and comfortable decisions. We will provide you with the level of knowledge you require, in a format and at a pace that suits you, ensuring you receive the best possible advice. There is no charge for our initial assessment so if you are looking for a friendly informal chat we are happy to help.
All Simple Fast Mortgage advisors are members of the Society of Mortgage Professionals, the Chartered Insurance Institute, and the Equity Release Council. This means we subscribe to the highest levels of professional knowledge and technical competence. We are committed to high professional standards through professional ethics and a customer-centric culture.
We always offer our best advice. So if our best advice is for you to approach a lender directly, or to use a different advisor, we will tell you this. We want you to be an advocate for our business, whether you decide to work with us, or not.
Working Flexibly…
We know your time is valuable, so we handle the whole mortgage application process for you. We also liaise with your solicitor and accountant and any other professional contacts required.
We offer our appointments to suit your busy schedule. We have appointments available early in the morning, late in the evening, and at weekends. Contact Us and let us know what works best for you. We can provide you with a link to our diary so you can book your own appointment on a day and time of your choice.
Transparent Fees…
If you do decide to work with us we will initially assess your circumstances for free so you know what your options are.
Following your free initial assessment our standard mortgage advice fee is £598, and we break this into two parts. We’ll request £199 together with your documents and once the mortgage offer has been issued we’ll request the remaining £399.
The advice fee could be more depending on the level of complexity involved.
We will always act transparently, and you’ll never be in a position where you didn’t know about our fees. During your initial free consultation will let you know if a fee will be due for our service, as well as ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed on that basis.
